Mark A. Willard, RLA, ASLA
Principal

Mark has over 25 years experience in planning, urban design and landscape architecture. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to provide vision, build consensus within multi-discipline design teams and establish the strategic direction essential to achieving project goals. Mark worked on several award winning projects both locally and internationally.

In 1999 he started his own firm and has built a reputation for high quality design service and client satisfaction.

Brad Nowicki
Landscape Designer

Brad, originally from Harford County, attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland and graduated in 2002 with a degree in Psychology.  He then went on to pursue a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Morgan State University and graduated in 2007. 

He started his landscape design career at JGL Design Associates and Frederick Ward & Associates, Inc, before joining the Mark Willard & Associates, LLC Team in January 2008.
